Ad Sales Manager – Delhi & Mumbai

The Ad Sales Manager will grow the advertiser sales business through both direct and agency led models for StratosHear.

Responsibilities include:

a) Managing agency relationships;
b) Driving direct advertiser sales;
c) Creating new leveraged models to tap into local advertising business;
d) Managing the sales team over time.

Interested candidates should be proactive, well connected in the advertising community, well spoken, commercially savvy and relationship-oriented. We are looking for seasoned professionals who are go getters with good market knowledge, street smarts, and a winning attitude.
2+ years experience in the advertising industry and direct sales experience with digital ads in India are ideal.

Assistant Manager – Publisher Development, Delhi / Mumbai:

Seeking an individual to pursue quality WAP distribution and revenue sharing partners with key partners 

Responsibilities
• Build partnerships with WAP publishers to deliver/exceed monthly revenue goals. 
• Manage all stages of the deal cycle including prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiations and implementation transitions 
• Minimal travel required on an as needed basis. 

Requirement
• 2+ years of total sales and/or business development experience in mobile advertising, ad serving, or ad networks 
• Proven track record of selling strategic, innovative, high-value, service-based solutions publishers 
• **Strong understanding of publisher inventory** 
• Positive, team-oriented personality with the desire, ability and drive to ride a steep, continuous learning curve in the internet industry 
• Knowledge of inventory and pricing models (CPC, CPM) for different categories. 
• Familiarity with a variety of targeting techniques (i.e. Behavioural, Contextual, Demographic). 
• Experience and/or professional training with Solution Selling methodology. 
• Business analysis capacity to recognize the metrics of a significant opportunity to the company. 
• Technical aptitude and understanding of ad serving search engine advertising, video advertising or banner networks.

Senior Software Developer – JAVA, Delhi: 

We are looking for passionate engineers who are incredibly talented programmers with a broad range of technical skills. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the next generation StratosHear advertisement platform. You'll be working across the company with multiple groups, bringing everyone's specializations together into a final product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute flawlessly to ensure high quality deliverables in a time bound manner.
  • Design and create highly scalable, well-engineered solutions that follow software development best practices.
  • Work with Product and Program Management to develop an understanding of what our customers need from our platform.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and strong foundation in modular design principles.
  • Ability to analyze complex code from various perspectives like space/time complexity, testability, scalability, etc.
  • Strong experience in the areas of data structures, machine learning algorithms, very large scalable distributed systems.
  • Hands on experience in architecting very high volume application is must.
  • Have extensive object-oriented programming experience in Java.
  • Strong working knowledge of Non-relational database would be a plus
  • Have solid foundation in computer science with strong competencies in data structures and software design.
  • Great communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • 4+ year’s professional software development experience.
  • Experience in advertising, publisher, or web traffic order entry apps is a big plus.
  • A self-starter who is motivated to take ownership of projects and drive tasks to completion.
